Mrs. Cheryl Glick (President)
Cheryl Glick graduated from The LeMoyne College Physician Assistant Program and has been practicing as a Physician Assistant in Pediatrics since 2003. She holds a BS in Biology from Siena College and previously graduated locally from Shenendehowa High School. Mrs Glick has volunteered her time in the past as an EMT/Critical Care Tech with the Clifton Park Halfmoon Emergency Corps, where she has also served as Training Coordinator. She is also active with The New York State Society of Physician Assistants.
In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband Brian and young daughter.

Mr. Jason Pendergast (Vice President)
Jason Pendergast graduated from the University of Albany with a B.A. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. Following graduation, he worked for a financial company in the Capital District specializing in investments and retirements.
Jason has been employed by the New York State Department of Health for the past seven years and currently works as a Public Health Coordinator. Mr. Pendergast has been involved with various charity events in the local community and is an advocate for education.

Mr. Chuck Homic (Treasurer)
Charles Homic is a lifelong resident of the capital region. Raised in Galway, NY, he now lives in Clifton park with his wife and four children.
Charles earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Charles was one of the founders of Vicarious Visions, a video game development developer. Vicarious Visions has shaped popular culture with hit video game titles including: Skylanders, Guitar Hero, Crash Bandicoot, Tony Hawk, Spider-Man, and Marvel Ultimate Alliance for various platforms. Vicarious Visions is now an independent studio within ActivisionBlizzard (NASDAQ: ATVI), a leading worldwide publisher of entertainment software.
During his time at Vicarious Visions, he has been a Senior Software Engineer, Producer, and is currently the Manager of Information Technology.
